Genesis is a personal recovery and lifestyle tracking application that provides tools to:
- Track sobriety/clean time for 17 addiction types
- Log cravings and analyze HALT triggers (Hungry, Angry, Lonely, Tired)
- Monitor weight and BMI measurements
- Plan exercise routines with 50+ exercises
- View faith-based motivational messages across 8 traditions
- Create shareable achievement cards for milestones
- Export and import personal data backups
Genesis is NOT a medical device, medical service, or healthcare provider.
3. 100% Free Service
Genesis is completely free with all features unlocked:

- ✅ No in-app purchases
- ✅ No premium tiers or paywalls
- ✅ No ads - ever
- ✅ All features available from day one
Recovery shouldn't have a paywall. All features are free, forever.
4. No Medical Advice

All information, features, and tools provided in the App are for general informational and personal tracking purposes only. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
